A full Company Health & Safety Policy is operated by CLH & Sons Building Contractors.
We recognise our responsibilities as a building contractor to both our own employees and others who may be affected under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant safety legislation's.
CLH provides all information, training, supervision, plant and equipment as necessary to identify, eliminate or control hazards and risks at the workplace. Any employee who supervises the use of work equipment will have received health and safety training, including working methods, risks within the workplace.
All employees and subcontractors are expected to co-operate with us in carrying out the policy and must ensure their own work, so far as reasonably possible, is carried out without risk to themselves or others. The management and staff of the company continually monitor the operation of the policy.
Our Health and Safety Policy is reviewed on an annual basis to reflect any changes in legislation.
